Project Details: Panviman Hotel is a renowned establishment in Chiang Mai, located in the Mae Rim district, where temperatures remain cool to cold for most of the year. Currently, the hotel offers four swimming pool areas: a 120 m³ children’s pool, a 480 m³ adult pool, a 22 m³ spa pool, and 40 m³ pools for four pool villas. The client sought to implement a pool heating system to enhance guest services and establish a unique selling point, especially as competition in Mae Rim grows with new hotels and a nearby authentic Japanese-style onsen that also offers heated water.
Following a recommendation from a former PAC customer, the owner of Panviman Hotel invited us to present and install a solution for the 22 m³ spa pool, maintained at 40°C. Since its implementation, guest satisfaction has notably improved.
