Details: The client was constructing an onsen pool with a capacity of approximately 10 cubic meters within the resort. Originally, an 11kW electric heater was planned for the onsen. After contacting PAC, we proposed the PAC Pooltemper PPT-020HP pool heat pump and provided an energy-saving comparison demonstrating its superior efficiency over electric heaters. The client was interested and proceeded to purchase the unit for self-installation.
