On June 13, 2023, Mr. Thani Thongphakdi, Ambassador of Thailand to the United Kingdom, hosted a reception for leading Thai business executives attending London Tech Week 2023 at the Mitra Samakom Room, Royal Thai Embassy, London. The event aimed to provide an opportunity for the private sector and relevant agencies from both Thailand and the United Kingdom to network and explore collaborative opportunities, leading to the further strengthening of trade and investment relations.
The Thai private sector participants at London Tech Week this year ranged from long-established corporations to startups, including: (1) Banpu Public Company Limited, (2) PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited, (3) Enserv Power Company Limited, (4) Meticuly Company Limited, (5) PAC Corporation (Thailand) Company Limited, (6) Soraso Company Limited, (7) Techsauce Media Company Limited, and (8) Wakin (Thailand) Company Limited. Representing the United Kingdom were Mr. Mark Garnier, the Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy to Thailand, Mr. Mark Gooding, the British Ambassador to Thailand, and members of the Thai-UK Business Council.
