SCB is building on the “Living Sustainably” concept by launching the “Start for Survival” project to support SME businesses toward sustainability. The initiative provides capital alongside business adaptation consultancy campaigns and introduces ‘Mentor 4 Sustainability,’ featuring sustainability experts to provide guidance, with a goal of transitioning no fewer than 1,000 businesses.
Ms. Kae Atchara Poomee, Founder and CEO of PAC Corporation (Thailand) Co., Ltd., has been invited as one of the project’s Mentors. The Mentor team will share experiences and strategies to help businesses achieve sustainable growth.

PAC has been selected to participate in the GEF UNIDO Cleantech Innovation Programme for SMEs in Thailand and attended the National Academy 2017 seminar from Wednesday, June 21–23, 2017, at the Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, Mahidol University, Salaya, Nakhon Pathom.

The “Cleantech Innovation: New Opportunities for SMEs” activity consists of public relations and education, cleantech mentor development, entrepreneur and startup development, the selection of outstanding innovative entrepreneurs, and government policy research. A highlight of the “Cleantech Innovation: New Opportunities for SMEs” activity is that selected entrepreneurs with outstanding innovations will travel to present their work at the “Cleantech Open Global Forum” in San Francisco, USA.
